Terms & Conditions
1. Legal framework and precedence
1.1 Licensed and legal. We adhere to the following laws and regulations: the Remote gaming Act, the Sanctions Act 1977, the Dutch Civil Code and consumer legislation, the Wwft (Prevention of Money Laundering and Terrorist Financing Act), and GDPR/AVG for data protection. Our remote gaming license is provided by the KSA.
1.2 The remaining policies. These Terms are complementary to our other policies, which include our policies on responsible gambling, payments, privacy, cookies, and bonuses and promotions. If two or more papers have different rules, the one with the tougher wording will apply. In the case of an offer, the Promotion Terms will control.
1.3 Languages. We provide Dutch and English versions. If there is a conflict, the Dutch version controls.
1.4 Updates. We may amend these Terms for legal, technical, or operational reasons. We publish a new effective date and, where required, seek re‑acceptance. If you do not accept an update, stop using the Platform and request closure.
1.5 Severability. If a clause is invalid, the remainder stays in force. The invalid clause is replaced by a valid clause closest in purpose.

3. Eligibility and access
3.1 Age. You must be 18+. Underage accounts are closed; deposits may be returned where lawful and gameplay voided.
3.2 Location. Real‑money play requires that you are physically in the Netherlands. BinoBet use IP, GPS/Wi‑Fi, and device checks. VPNs, proxies, remote desktop tools, or GPS spoofing to bypass controls are prohibited.
3.3 CRUKS & self‑exclusion. If you are in CRUKS or self‑excluded, you cannot play. We check CRUKS at login and session start and block play if active.
3.4 One account. One account per person. Duplicate, shared, or managed accounts are not allowed. Links are detected via data, devices, IPs, and payment instruments. We may merge or close duplicates and cancel related offers.
3.5 Private use. The Platform is for personal entertainment only. Commercial use, pooled bankrolls, team play, or automation are forbidden.
3.6 Eligibility checks. We may ask for confirmation of eligibility at any time. Refusal may lead to restriction or closure.
4. Registration and verification
4.1 Information. Provide name, date of birth, nationality, address, e‑mail, mobile, and preferred language. We also collect device identifiers for security.
4.2 Identity. We verify with reliable documents (passport, EU/EEA ID, Dutch driving licence, residence permit). Liveness or selfie checks may be used.
4.3 Address. Provide a document ≤ 3 months old (bank statement, utility bill, BRP extract) or pass reliable e‑verification.
4.4 Payment ownership. Deposits/withdrawals must use methods in your name. We may request a redacted bank statement (name + IBAN) or masked card image (first 6 and last 4 digits). Third‑party payments are not allowed.
4.5 Re‑verification. If details change, new methods are added, limits increase, or risk signals appear, we may request updated documents and pause withdrawals pending review.
4.6 Accuracy. You must provide truthful, complete information. Misrepresentation may lead to restriction, bonus cancellation, and regulatory reporting.
5. Responsible play and duty of care
5.1 Safety first. We design features that promote control and transparency and intervene where risk is detected.
5.2 Player tools. Set deposit, loss, wager, and time limits. Decreases apply immediately; increases take effect after a cooling‑off period. Use reality checks, time‑outs, and self‑exclusion when needed.
5.3 Interventions. We monitor for risk (deposit spikes, chasing losses, night‑time play, reversed transactions, frequent limit changes). We may contact you, apply limits, request affordability evidence, or suspend play.
5.4 Support. We signpost independent help organisations on our Responsible Gambling page. If gambling harms your wellbeing or finances, seek help and consider long‑term exclusion.
6. Wallet, deposits, withdrawals, and safeguarding
6.1 Currency. Accounts operate in EUR.
6.2 Deposits. Methods and limits appear in the cashier; we do not accept cash or cheques. Some deposits remain pending until your bank confirms.
6.3 Withdrawals. You may request withdrawal of cash funds at any time, subject to verification and checks. Where possible we return funds to the original method (pay‑to‑source). We may split large withdrawals for security or network reasons.
6.4 Timelines. Indicative processing times are displayed in the cashier. Delays may occur due to verification, holidays, or network issues. We keep you informed.
6.5 Fees. We aim to absorb costs; any fee appears before confirmation.
6.6 Chargebacks. Unjustified chargebacks may result in suspension; winnings linked to charged‑back deposits may be void until resolved.
6.7 Incorrect credits. Funds credited in error remain our property; do not spend them. We may reverse entries and recover amounts paid out in error.
6.8 Safeguarding. Player funds are held in segregated accounts per licence conditions.
6.9 Dormancy. After 12 months without login an account becomes dormant. We try to contact you. A reasonable monthly dormancy fee may apply from month 13; fees stop on login, withdrawal, or closure; funds remain safeguarded.
7. Platform use
7.1 Security. Keep credentials secret and enable multi‑factor authentication. You are responsible for activity unless we fail to keep the Platform secure.
7.2 Prohibited acts. Do not attempt to break, probe, scrape, or reverse‑engineer systems; do not use bots or scripts; do not collude or transfer value between accounts; do not exploit obvious errors.
7.3 Maintenance. We update systems and may suspend services for maintenance; we try to schedule off‑peak with notice.
7.4 Records. Your account shows deposits, withdrawals, and play history; contact support for statements.
8. AML/CTF, sanctions, and fraud
8.1 Obligations. We comply with Wwft and the Sanctions Act. We verify customers, monitor transactions, and file STRs with FIU‑NL when appropriate; we screen against sanctions and PEP lists.
8.2 SOF/SOW. For higher‑risk cases or significant transactions we may request Source of Funds / Source of Wealth evidence. Absent reasonable evidence, we may restrict or terminate the relationship.
8.3 Fraud controls. We use device intelligence, behavioural analytics, and vendor tools to prevent ATO, bonus abuse, payment fraud, and collusion. Linked accounts may be closed and illicit gains confiscated.
8.4 Confidentiality. We cannot tell you about STRs where the law forbids (no tipping‑off).
9. Games, fairness, and settlement
9.1 Rules & RTP. Each title shows rules and RTP; by playing you accept them.
9.2 RNG certification. RNG games use certified random number generators tested by independent labs.
9.3 Live casino. Outcomes come from physical equipment in secure studios. If a stream drops after bet acceptance, the round may complete server‑side or be voided per studio rules.
9.4 Bet acceptance. A bet is accepted when it appears with a unique ID in your history and the stake is deducted.
9.5 Settlement & corrections. We settle promptly. If an error causes a wrong outcome or payout, we correct and adjust balances; provider logs are authoritative.
9.6 Disconnections. If you disconnect mid‑round, you may resume; if the round completed server‑side, that result stands. Stakes for rounds that did not start are returned.
9.7 Advantage play & collusion. Collusion, hole‑carding, or exploiting obvious errors is prohibited; we may void affected bets, remove illicit profits, and close accounts.
9.8 Jackpots. Progressive jackpots are networked; values are indicative until confirmed. The official jackpot server determines entitlement. Payments may be split due to banking limits.
10. Promotions and rewards
10.1 Promotion Terms. Each offer has specific rules forming part of these Terms. If there is a conflict, Promotion Terms control for that offer.
10.2 Eligibility. Offers may be limited by player segment, region, payment method, device, or invitation. Unless stated, promotions are one per person/household/address/IP/device/payment method.
10.3 Wallets. Bonus funds are separate from cash; we show balances and progress clearly. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until conditions are met.
10.4 Wagering & contribution. Requirements are expressed as a multiple of the bonus (and sometimes deposit). Contribution varies by game; see the Promotion Terms and Appendix E. Some games may be excluded.
10.5 Max bet & expiry. While wagering, a maximum bet per spin/round applies; bonuses expire as stated. Breaches may result in bonus removal and confiscation of associated winnings.
10.6 Irregular play. Hedging, value transfer, last‑minute large bets, or similar tactics to bypass contribution rules are prohibited; see Appendix G.
10.7 Free spins & cashback. Free‑spin winnings may be bonus funds; cashback may be cash (no wagering) or bonus (with wagering) as stated.
10.8 Opt‑in/out. Some promotions require opt‑in. Marketing preferences can be changed anytime; service messages continue regardless.
11. Complaints and dispute resolution
11.1 Contact us. For complaints, contact support with your username, description, and evidence. We acknowledge and aim to resolve promptly.
11.2 Internal review. If dissatisfied, request escalation to our complaints team; we issue a final response with reasons.

11.4 Courts. You may bring claims before Dutch courts without prejudice to statutory consumer rights.
12. Errors, outages, and maintenance
12.1 Obvious errors. If a price, payout, or display is clearly wrong, we may void affected bets or settle at correct terms—an error a reasonable person would recognise.
12.2 System malfunction. If the Platform or a game malfunctions, we must reverse rounds, stakes, and amounts to their last verifiable state.
12.3 Fast reaction. We will try to notify you before temporarily disabling services to upgrade, patch, or test our systems.

15.3 Max. Our entire responsibility is limited to €5,000 or the sum of all deposits made within three months prior to the event, whichever is higher, subject to 15.1.
15.4 Guarantee. In the event that we incur damages due to your breach, illegal use, fraud, or violation of the rights of a third party, including reasonable legal fees, you agree to compensate us..
16. Account restriction, suspension, and termination
16.1 When. We may restrict, suspend, or close accounts and withhold withdrawals if we reasonably suspect breach of these Terms, fraud, AML/CTF concerns, responsible‑play risks, sanctions, or other regulatory issues.
16.2 Notice. Where lawful, we explain actions taken and how to appeal. Some laws prevent disclosure (e.g., AML investigations).
16.3 Funds. On closure, lawful balances are returned after deducting amounts owed and completing checks. If required by law, we freeze funds pending investigation.
16.4 Appeal. Contact us to challenge a restriction. Our review does not affect rights to ADR or court.
17. Communications and notices
17.1 Channels. We communicate via in‑account messages, e‑mail, SMS, push notifications, or phone; keep your details current.
17.2 Recording. Calls and chats may be recorded for quality and compliance.
